Ordering and Payment
On receipt of your order we will advise by email that the order has been received and you will receive a copy of your invoice. For Wholesale customers our payment terms are 21 days from date of invoice and payment can be made by EFT, Credit Card or Cheque.
First order is by Pro Forma with subsequent orders on 21 days account status, after credit agreement.
SUDA By Design will not keep your credit card information on file. This is a security measure to protect you and us. Once your credit card has been debited, the credit card information is deleted from our system.
SUDA By Design charge a $30 service fee for any cheques returned for insufficient funds.
Purchases on sudabydesign.com.au are ENCRYPTED by GEO Trust – “Domain Control Validated – RapidSSL(R)”. The certificate can be viewed in your internet browser identified by a padlock. Orders outside Australia are not catered for.
Wherever possible, all orders are shipped via Star Track Express or Australia Post. We may use Australia Post for regional areas.
SUDA By Design maintains a comprehensive inventory of items in stock and strives to ship all orders within 2 business days after the order is received. We do not ship orders on weekends, public holidays and known closed periods.
If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is undeliverable or incorrect, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the order to the correct address.
All items have been included in good faith, on the basis that the products as described will be available at time of sale. All items are available until sold out, and should this occur we will contact you and advise of an alternate product. We do not refund for change of mind purchases but will gladly offer an exchange within the same promotional period for items in this catalogue. For any exchanges the return freight cost is your responsibility. Any claims must be lodged within 10 days of receipt of order.
